An 8-bed Emergency department equipped with Triage, piped medical gases, monitors and other re-suscitative equipment shall take care of any emergency, with a doctor in attendance all 24 hours of the day.
A state- of- the- art operation theatre is dedicated to the Emergency & Accident Area to handle all emergency operations. The theatre has laminar Flow with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filters, Martin lights and a Scharer Operating Table. Attached to the theatre is a Post-Operative Ward, which is directly under the supervision of the Anaesthetist.
“Burn Intensive Care Unit”, which has specially designed beds for severe burns, is first of its kind is being provided in the private health care sector (CSH) for the people of Dubai. This special unit is being looked after by a highly experienced and eminent Plastic Surgeon.
Isolation Rooms for the infected patients and Immuno-Compromised patients is being provided keeping in mind the Infection Control Policies of the region AND International Standards. The isolation rooms have the required negative pressures with pressure monitors with 12 air changes, with the exhaust let outside.
